Returns and refunds policy
The Innovations Group will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective or unused product within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. After 2 weeks all sales are final.

If a customer requests a refund, the money for the requested transaction will be refunded to the customer upon receipt by the Innovations Group of the consumable item. The Innovations Group is not responsible for Shipping and Handling of consumables which are returned.

When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a Return Authorization will be generated, and a return or a refund will be processed.

Please note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.

Exceptional circumstances
The Innovations Group will make every effort to ensure customer satisfaction in the case of returns and refunds when required. However, customers requesting serial or repeated returns may be blocked from making further purchases.

The Innovations Group has every incentive to keep customers happy by providing quality products and technical support. At times, we may be required to reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card industry rules, ACH industry rules, PayPal or other related terms of service, US law, and requests from verified US judiciary or law enforcement agents.
